It has been a good week...only a bit of crying at Reiki today. Otherwise. I am grateful for my good state of health, physically and emotionally. I am getting stronger and more well every week. I have lost 20 pounds since December 1 and am very proud of this, and of the healthy eating I am trying to do consistently. All my friends say that I have my sparkle back. I certainly feel much happier and more settled.
