Thistle is better from her bee sting; the site is less swollen, but still uncomfortable for her. I so feel for little kids: they just don't understand this stuff. We watched some movies on bees today just to teach her a little about them.
It is definitely time for her to wrap up preschool and get to kindergarten: the age disparities at her school, tantrums, etc. are beginning to bug her.
My name is Joan McMillan and this blog is, as Emily Dickinson says, "my letter to the world." I am currently working on a nonfiction book about the murder of a young woman, Asha Veil, born Joanna Dragunowicz, and her unborn daughter, Anina, on September 9, 2006. My book is meant to honor her life and illuminate the need to create a safer world for women and children.
