McClish's sentencing for the rape trial will be September 7th, 8:30 a.m., department 9 at the Santa Cruz County Superior Court building. Apparently he will not be getting a new attorney for now; a motion for a new trial will be filed by Mark Garver, McClish's defense attorney. I will try to attend the sentencing trial (if it doesn't get moved around again).
