Bella Roma is up in the top five favorites. It is a somewhat fragile rose and does not produce a lot of flowers, but what it does produce is exquisite:
I grew this next rose, Angel 's Wings, from seed. I have had this little rose blooming for nearly 20 years. It was planted in honor of my son, James Alan, who was stillborn in 1986. This rose is very small and delicate, with a sweet, soft fragrance like rose infused honey.
Last rose for this post, currently the oldest rose in my garden: a rose from Rite Aid when it was Thrifty; it had no tag, but has been tentatively identified as Chicago Peace:
